The Master of Health Administration (MHA) at Illinois prepares students to become innovative, effective leaders in today’s complex healthcare landscape. Through a blend of leadership training, strategic planning, financial management and organizational development, our graduates are equipped to drive meaningful change in the healthcare industry.
MHA graduates pursue careers in hospitals, medical offices, insurance companies, pharmaceuticals and other healthcare organizations. They leave the program ready to manage people, programs and systems—and make an immediate impact.
Established in 2017, our program combines fresh, forward-thinking curriculum with personalized support. Small cohort sizes ensure close connections with faculty and peers, and students come from a wide range of professional and academic backgrounds.
